Reecey’s Window Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial window and glass cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Fly screen cleaning
Service availability may vary depending on location, property access, weather conditions, safety requirements, and scheduling availability.
Appointment Bookings
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through approved booking platforms.
Once confirmed, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all booking details—such as address, access instructions, property type, and service requirements—are accurate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
We understand unexpected situations and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where possible.
Pricing & Estimates
All pricing provided prior to service is an estimate based on the information supplied.
Final pricing may vary depending on:
Number and size of windows
Window accessibility and height
Condition of glass, tracks, or screens
Additional services requested
Time and labour required
Any pricing changes will be clearly communicated before work proceeds.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Outstanding invoices must be paid within the stated terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Weather & Safety Conditions
Window cleaning services may be postponed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, high winds, storms, or extreme heat.
Reecey’s Window Cleaning reserves the right to delay or cancel services where safety risks are present.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide:
Safe and clear access to windows and work areas
Disclosure of any access challenges (stairs, height, tight access, fragile surfaces)
Secure pets and remove obstacles from work areas
Reecey’s Window Cleaning is not responsible for delays or issues caused by undisclosed access limitations or unsafe conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Reecey’s Window Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery, delays, or website use.
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
While every effort is made to take reasonable care, unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Insurance
Reecey’s Window Cleaning holds appropriate public liability insurance.
This does not cover:
